Players take turns sending agents to carry out instructions: recruit adventurers to stay in the tavern, or purchase new buildings for the city. You can gain points and resources by completing tasks, using intrigue cards, building structures, or attracting others to use the buildings you built. After 8 rounds, the reward points are settled, and the player with the highest score wins.
